Town & Country Crossing was developed by TNC Investors, LLC. TNC is composed of Amerimar Enterprises, Inc. of Philadelphia, PA, Emerald Properties Group of St. Louis, MO, Angelo Gordon & Co. of New York. TR,i Architects of Clayton was commissioned to design the property, with Brinkmann Constructors serving as general contractor.

During the course of the project, TNC Investors worked closely with The City of Town & Country, MODOT, St. Louis County Department of Highways and Traffic and the City of Ballwin to improve traffic concerns. A special taxing district was created to finance more than $10.5 million in roadway improvements around Town & Country Crossing to improve accessibility to the shopping center and the commercial district.
