Join us along the Promenade on Saturday, October 14 from 11AM-1PM for some family-friendly, Halloween fun!  Enjoy festive Halloween music, face painting, balloon animals, and free pumpkins, while supplies last.  Children ages 12 and under are welcome to bring a bag and Trick-or-Treat at participating stores, while supplies last. Come in costume and be entered to win some spook-tacular prizes!
